Thanks to Lisa sending me an email(notice you other tarts didn't bother telling me, whilst you were sniggering still over the fact I forgot the link in the first email)informing me that posting comments was limited, unless you use wordpress or have a google account, so instead of thinking no one loves me and didn't want to comment, hopefully I've got it right now and comments good or bad can be left(phew)
It's wet, it's miserable, it's dark and gloomy, my most hated time of the year by far. I detest winter/colder months, with a passion. There's nothing fun about stomping about in the rain getting from the house to the car, to kinder/school/work/Tafe with a bunch of kids who love nothing more THAN to stomp around in the rain. Although for some odd reason I do like sloshing around in the chook pen in my gumboots, raincoat and beanie on my head.
Ahh now that's a positive aspect of winter, I can wear one of my vast array of beanies(I think I need more options/styles though) every day of the week, not caring what my hair looks like underneath and not bothering to comb or style it after having a shower, bliss is jammies and beanies at the same time.
Today is Tuesday, it's dancing practice for Liv, so at the moment I'm cooking up a storm, not as gastronomically delightful as Nic's creations but it's a nice hearty winter meal. Devilled Snags with mashed spud, made into a pie, a bit like a cottage pie really, so all mister lazy bum has to do is put it in the pre-heated oven, so the poor kids aren't still starving by 7pm.
And just to prove that women are better than men, I'm dying my hair and posting my thoughts on here at the same time, pfftt can't see men multitasking to that point.
See I told you my thoughts were mindless and rambling.
